Our professionals will take the time to understand the company, its value drivers, market position and value potential.  This due diligence leads to a valuation of the company based upon market factors.  We also consider the differentiating factors which make each company unique.

Starting with the valuation, Chartwell will develop future value indications based upon your current business plan and model.  We analyze future value alternatives based on changes in the company’s business strategy, growth rates, profit contribution and other changes to the business model.  Shareholder level equity appreciation is considered based upon this analysis and can be useful for testing any potential changes in future shareholder composition or structure. 

A value plan is designed and executed based on the desired course of action from the future growth analysis.   Chartwell is involved as necessary to monitor, assist and consult on this plan.
